A degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years direct work experience in residential construction that includes program development and delivery of residential/facility renovation and repair, redevelopment and/or facilities maintenance. Previous work experience must also include 7 years of progressively senior supervisory and leadership.

A registration as a Professional Engineer in Canada, and current licensure as a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) or licensure by the first day of work.

Extensive experience leading major construction projects, capital planning, asset management, project management, risk assessment procedures and real estate asset strategy.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Facility Management Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and/or Certified Property Manager (CPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) will be considered assets.

A solid track record of delivering high levels of service through a customer-centric approach whose values align with CHC values and is passionate about making life better every day for Calgarians.

Experience in the affordable housing sector and/or serving vulnerable populations is an asset.
