Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the ideal candidate for this position will have their Serving it Right™ Certification. Related experience in a licensed fast-paced food and beverage service environment and basic understanding of golf and/or experience working on a golf course will be considered an asset.
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrates customer-oriented approach through prior customer service roles in fast paced, multi-faceted environments
- Strong understanding of the legal responsibilities when serving alcohol and knowledge of techniques to prevent problems related to over-service of alcohol
- Interpersonal skills to resolve conflict with members of the public and/or team members
The ideal candidate will work safely and be a productive and reliable team member, willing to work on a variety of tasks collaboratively. They will also meet the physical requirements of standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
This is a seasonal position, with scheduled hours varying through the season (generally ending Thanksgiving weekend). Employees can expect to work on league nights, Tuesday- Thursday, weekends, and special events.
