Along with a commitment to safety, you have Grade 12, three (3) years of experience in fundamental asphalt practices, and a valid Class 3 driver's license. A Class 1 driver's license is preferred. Strong knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in paving and patching as it relates to maintenance and construction work, and experience operating a skid steer with attachments are also required. Considerable independence, a safe work record, strong customer service orientation, and collaborative teamwork skills will contribute to your success in this important role. Less than qualified applicants may be considered without their Class 3 driver's license, provided they obtain it within one year of their hire date.
