- Education or certification in building trades, facilities management, or a related field
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, infrastructure services, or a related field, with knowledge of project coordination
- Hands-on experience with building systems, maintenance operations and facility upkeep
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, support, and motivate staff
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate with staff, contractors, and stakeholders
- Proficiency with digital tools and systems (e.g., CMMS)
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
The successful candidate must pass a vulnerable sector criminal record check.
Annual Salary: $ 90,792.00 - $ 116,272.00 + Northern Living Allowance ($ 14,706.00)
