The Town is looking for an energetic, forward thinking team player to plan and coordinate a comprehensive corporate records management system for the corporation, providing records and information administration advice to staff, including compliance at business, legislative and archival levels. You will work closely with all business units to guide the corporate movement towards electronic document management systems using a variety of technology such as Laserfische and Workflow. You act as the FOIP Coordinator for the organization where you are the primary advisor and are actively engaged in FOIP requests.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in Records Management, plus a minimum of 5 years corporate records management experience make you a desirable candidate. Possession of a recognized industry certification (e.g. ARMA, AIIM, or CAPAPA) is a definite asset will ensure your success in this position. You are a self starter who also works well in a team environment, with good verbal and written communication skills.
