Description
In this high profile role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of a comprehensive economic development strategy and related initiatives that will attract investment and business opportunities to Prince George. You will actively pursue activities that will support business attraction, retention and expansion in the community.
Requirements
You hold a bachelor's degree in Planning, Economics, Commerce, Political Science, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in economic development, including at least three years in a management capacity. You possess strong political acumen and the ability to establish collaborative relationships that support the implementation and achievement of the City's economic development goals.
Salary & Benefits
This exempt position offers a competitive salary of $129,732 - $143,029 and excellent benefits and pension package.
