Description
Foothills County is a vibrant and thriving municipality located south of the City of Calgary encompassing a diverse rural landscape. We are inviting applications for a permanent, full-time Recreation Facility Operator at the Scott Seaman Sports Rink located east of Okotoks, AB on Highway 552 E.
The Recreation Facility Operator is responsible for the overall safety, security, maintenance and cleanliness of the Scott Seamen Sports Rink and grounds.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- AARFP arena level 1.
- 3 years or more in the arena/recreation industry.
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, mechanical & maintenance, and proficient computer skills are required.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the community, user groups, and other stakeholders.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- First Aid/CPR certification would be considered an asset.
- Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
