The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Statistics or related field is required.
- Formal performance measurement and metrics analyzing training is considered an asset.
- PuMP certification and/or Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) are considered assets.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in performance measurement and strategic planning analytics and application.
- Knowledge and technical experience working within strategy and operations of municipal government including public policies and procedures to support efficient service delivery.
- Exceptional research, data analysis, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, data visualization tools (such as PowerBI or Tableau) and the ability to learn and adapt to new programs.
- Possession of a valid class 5 driver’s license and ability to provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract.
The total rewards package for this position includes:
A starting annual salary of $82,300 to $89,000, based on a 35-hour work week and option to join the Earned Day Off Program.
