Position Overview

Join our Civic Construction team as a Field Technician and build the future of our city. At the heart of civic construction, you'll contribute to essential infrastructure projects that directly improve the lives of citizens and shape the city's landscape. Our Civic Construction division successfully completed over 50 development servicing projects last year, with more than half being large commercial projects. Despite handling this workload with just one crew, we've now expanded to two crews to better keep pace with the city's ongoing development

We offer opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and career growth in an environment that encourages mentorship and teamwork. You’ll enjoy competitive compensation and the satisfaction of knowing your work impacts the entire community, all while gaining hands-on experience in the evolving civil construction industry.
