As part of a dynamic, forwarding thinking and award winning team dedicated to service excellence, the CRD is looking for a Human Resources professional and strategic partner to join our Human Resources and Corporate Safety team. 

 

Blending both high level strategic and operational human resource leadership and expertise, the Manager of Human Resources is an innovative and strategic human resource professional. The Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, managing and monitoring multi-faceted projects/programs and integrated strategic human resource development strategies, and delivering high-level human resource support and leadership to client departments. The Manager provides key advisory services to staff and managers, including to senior levels of the organization, as well as being key to the strategic priority of fostering and supporting a high performance work environment, leading and supporting an integrated approach to managing the organization’s talent, and developing and implementing corporate human resource initiatives and requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Degree in a related field and significant (8-10 years) relevant professional human resources experience, with significant experience in a senior Human Resources capacity, preferably in a unionized environment; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification or eligibility, is an asset.  A full detail of requirements is posted in the description on the CRD website

Salary & Benefits

A highly competitive salary ($119,699 - $140,822 annually) and comprehensive benefits package is offered.
