The Director of Planning & Building Services is responsible for the general administration and financial management of the Planning & Building Services Department which includes the Growth Planning, Sustainable Development, and Building Services Branches. Charged with setting the community planning vision and bringing this vision to life, the Director will nurture a Departmental culture of community building based on meaningful community and industry engagement and partnerships that respects the role of industry partners in building the city of the future. The Director will foster a service based culture that delivers a positive and progressive experience by creating a seamless process from project conception to completion.

Requirements

An RPP with more than 10 years of relevant experience, several in a management capacity, you are known for being consultative and proactive in partnering with community stakeholders. Here is your opportunity to be part of the growth of a smart and sustainable city.
