- Requires formal academic training in Physical Education or Kinesiology or in a related field with two to three years experience supervising a fitness facility including staff supervisory experience.

The possession of a Certified Exercise Physiologist Certification from CSEP would be considered an asset. Standard First Aid, AED, and CPR-C certification are required.

Demonstrated experience in helping lead process improvement and service excellence when people are key participants. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency required in Word, Excel, and Internet research and E-mail programs.

Requires strong organizational and administrative skills.

Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Must have valid Class G drivers license in good standing with access to a reliable vehicle to use for corporate business

Demonstrated supervisory, performance management , leadership and team building skills.

Must meet the requirements of a Competent Person as defined by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
$51,677.08 to $64,509.90, dependent on experience and qualifications.
