The City of Port Moody has a new online registration system for its recreation programs. Starting July 23, 2019 - the first day of online registration for fall programs - customers will need a new online account to sign up for their favourite classes.

The benefits of the new system include:

• a simplified registration process with a robust search function that allows users to search for an activity by keyword, age, day, time, or location;
• a family account feature to keep track of the whole family's activities and schedules in one place;
• a mobile-friendly, responsive design that makes it compatible with smartphones and tablets so users get the best view regardless of screen size;
• the ability to change login information (username and password);
• easy and secure online payments using a credit card or Visa Debit; and
• the ability to track payments and print receipts and tax information at any time.

The City encourages customers to create their new online recreation account now, before registration for fall programs begins on July 23, 2019. A new account is required even if a customer has registered for Port Moody recreation programs in the past. City staff are available to answer questions between 9am and 5pm seven days a week, in person at the Recreation Complex (300 Ioco Road), over the phone at 604-469-4556, or by email. Customers can expect to receive emails from communication@perfectmind.com once they have created their new online account.
