As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will partner with leaders to understand evolving recruitment needs and challenges, supporting a strong and sustainable workforce. How You’ll Support the Team
In this role, you will provide consultation services in relation to talent acquisition strategies and programs, with the following accountabilities:
- Provide strategic consultation on talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruitment marketing, and workforce planning.
- Partner with leaders to assess hiring needs and deliver targeted strategies, focusing on hard-to-fill roles.
- Enhance recruitment and hiring processes to improve candidate experience and employer reputation.
- Champion the employer value proposition and strengthen employer brand.
- Leverage social and digital tools to attract and engage diverse talent.
- Optimize the careers website and e-recruitment practices to support efficient hiring.
- Build partnerships and lead outreach initiatives to expand and diversify talent pipelines.
- Support workforce planning, early talent programs, and key talent acquisition projects.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
Here’s what will help you succeed as the Talent Acquisition Consultant:
- Diploma in business, human resources or a related discipline
- Four (4) years’ experience in human resources recruitment processes and practices
- Experience with a multi-union, technology driven talent acquisition environment
- Experience sourcing candidates using social/digital media marketing and other unique sourcing strategies
- Experience using a job posting and applicant tracking system
- Exposure to/understanding of leading talent acquisition practices, technology and methodologies in the marketplace
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice to leaders on matters related to talent acquisition
