The ideal candidate holds a University Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 9 years of progressively responsible related engineering experience, including leadership experience. Registration as a P.Eng. is required. The role requires strong technical expertise in municipal engineering, including infrastructure planning, capital project delivery, and the application of sound engineering principles. The successful candidate demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost-effective service delivery. This position requires a collaborative and adaptable leader with proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
