The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environment Management, Business or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree in a related program is considered an asset.
- Certified Local Government Manager (CLGM) or similar accreditation is an asset.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive senior leadership experience, with some experience or exposure in a public sector environment.
- Public relations skills, political acumen and the ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation, motivating teams and promoting exceptional service delivery.
- Technical proficiency with MS office, including outlook, teams, word and SharePoint.
- Possession of a valid class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required.
The total rewards package for this position includes:
A starting annual salary of $178,200 to $200,400, with a maximum earning potential for this pay range of $225,400, based on a 35-hour work week and option to join the Earned Day Off Program.
