- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional designation (CPA, AMCT) considered an asset.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in municipal finance or municipal revenue services.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of municipal property tax legislation and financial systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with VTAX, AMPS, and POS systems preferred.
Salary: $124,072 - $135,619
