Requirements:
- Current National Lifeguard Award (Pool Option).
- Current Lifesaving Society Swim for Life Instructor Certification.
- Current Lifesaving Instructor Certification.
- Current Standard First Aid, Level C CPR (OFA Level 1 equivalent).
- Pool Operator Certification Level 1.
- Completion of Grade 12, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1000 hours of experience as a Lifeguard/Instructor.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate lifeguard activities and rotations.
- Ensure the safety of patrons by actively scanning designated areas and responding to emergencies.
- Provide guidance and support to the lifeguard team members.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintaining a safe aquatic environment.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to promote a secure and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
$39.10 after probation
