Applicants must have completed Grade 10 and have the following qualifications:
- Lifesaving Swim Instructor Certification
- C.P.R. “C” Certification
- National Lifeguard Certification – Pool Option
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Experience teaching aquafit classes is considered an asset.
This is a CUPE bargaining unit position based on a 40-hour work week. The hourly wage is $24.57, increasing to $25.86 after 60 working days (Jan 2025 Rates). It is anticipated that this vacancy will be up to one year in duration. Extensive weekend and evening work may be required in addition to weekday shifts.
