The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in office administration, legal studies, or a related field, combined with a minimum of two (2) years of experience. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. The incumbent will demonstrate a professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle various complaints and emergency situations with a high level of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy. General knowledge and understanding of municipal bylaws, court system, and legal documentation standards will aid in the success of the incumbent in this role. Education and Experience
- Minimum grade 12 diploma.
- Post-secondary certificate in policing, legal studies, paralegal, office administration, or related field.
- Minimum two years of office administration experience, preferably within a municipal setting.

Based on a 35-hour work week, the salary range for this position is $61,898 - $78,752 per annum as well as the option to participate in the Town’s benefit package.
