This role requires you to be available for a variety of shifts including daytime, evenings and weekends at the City’s six arenas.

Responsibilities
Working on the ice you will:
- Be responsible for providing a positive and safe experience for all patrons.
- Provide first aid when needed.
- Organize and lead activities for patrons.
In the skate shop you will:
- Hand out skates and keep the skate shop organized.
- Sharpen skates.
- Provide skate and helmet maintenance.
- Current Emergency First Aid and CPR – Level C & AED Certificate.
- Strong skating skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications.
Pay Grade: Schedule D
Hourly Rate: $21.64 (2024 Rate)
