- Able to prepare asset-related accounting entries, analyses, and working papers, and support the annual audit process?

- Able to develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls affecting and protecting assets
- Able to provide advice, analyses, and support to strategic planning and decision-making?

- The work requires a sound understanding of the underlying theoretical principles and concepts associated with asset management, an understanding of the relation of these to the responsibilities of the job, and a demonstrated ability to effectively apply them to real-world situations.
What you Bring
Do you:
- Have a University (bachelor) degree or a combination of other related education and experience in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or a related field?
- Hold an Asset Management Professional Certification or Maintenance Management Professional Certification (PEMAC)? (Considered to be an asset)
- Have 3 or more years of related experience representing continuous learning? (Accounting experience is considered an asset.)
- Possess a proficiency with software including asset management, budgeting, and accounting systems?
- Enjoy and are good at analyzing complex data and providing actionable insights?
- Build strong, collaborative relationships?
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills?
- Use your attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
- Skillfully manage multiple tasks, schedules, and responsibilities efficiently?
