Now Hiring: Aquafit Facilitator (Competition #25-18)
Parkland County has a casual position available for a Aquafit Facilitator from approximately June to the end of August 2025 working at the Entwistle Community Recreation Centre. Under the general supervision of the Community Recreation Programmer, the Aquafit Facilitator will develop and deliver safe and enjoyable aquatic fitness classes. This position will work with aquatic staff to plan, schedule, and facilitate a motivating and fun aquafit experience.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Possession of current certification in Aquafit Instruction.
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR.
- Experience in planning and delivering aquafit classes.
- Ability to effectively communicate and maintain an effective, tactful, service orientated relationship with the public.
- Must have a Class 5 Driver’s License. A current Driver’s Abstract must be provided.
The total rewards package for this position includes:
An hourly rate of pay of $30.82 to $33.30, depending on experience and certification with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays required.
