The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
1. Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA) and membership in a recognized accounting association.
2. Three to five years of relevant experience.
3. Experience with large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
4. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
5. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with staff and external organizations.
8. Strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver customer focused services through high performance teams.
This is an exempt position with a salary of $123,803.55 annually. The City offers a comprehensive health, vision and dental package including generous vacation and an Earned Days Off program.
