Reporting to the Manager II, Recreation Programming and Leadership and working as part of an interdependent team, the responsibilities of the Supervisor I, Recreation Services range from community centre management to recreation program delivery and community enablement/engagement. The Supervisor will contribute recreation skills, expertise, and assets to the goal of building healthy/strong communities and neighbourhoods.
Qualifications:
- Equivalent of a university degree or college diploma in Recreation or related field; or equivalent combination of education and related professional and lived community experience.
- Three to five years related experience; team leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Compensation & Other Information:
$76,322 - $99,598
This posting is for 1 permanent, full-time position.
Current hours of Work: Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Work Arrangement: On-site.
