About You / What We Are Looking For
Coquitlam’s Parks, Recreation, Culture and Facilities department is currently recruiting for auxiliary Building Services Attendants to join our team! This position is a great opportunity to join the City and see what the City has to offer! The successful candidate will be setting up and moving furniture and equipment at a wide variety of recreational facilities. This position will also be responsible for cleaning and maintenance of buildings.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive and up-beat attitude when performing a multitude of cleaning and moving tasks and will enjoy providing an exceptional level of customer service for our residents and City colleagues. Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of some high school.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekend.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some related experience is preferred but not essential. An equivalent combination of training and experience may also be considered.
What We Offer:
This CUPE position has an hourly rate range of $25.22 - $29.48 (2024 rates) plus 12% in-lieu of benefits. The rate of pay is based on a variety of factors including qualifications, knowledge, experience and skills.
