Description
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources (HR) Advisor – Recruitment works collaboratively in a team of HR Advisors supporting HR management by providing recruitment expertise in a designated customer group as well as assisting with other HR areas as required. Works directly with HR Director and/or HR Manager on complex issues.

The incumbent is expected to ensure that practices are consistent and comply with legislation, collective agreements, and administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements

Applicants must have a diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration and 5 years’ related experience in Human Resources in a unionized environment. An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Salary & Benefits

This is a permanent full-time exempt position offering 35 hours of work per week, with a salary range of $95,540.41 to $101,638.73 as well as a competitive benefits package. Relocation assistance may be provided to the successful applicant.
