Requirements

Who are we looking for:
• A lifelong learner with aspirations to be a CAO.
• An individual with an intense desire to learn Municipal functions by being actively engaged in operational areas such as Public Engagement, Environmental Stewardship, Transportation and Infrastructure, Utilities, Community Development, Finance, Protective Services and Legislation.
• A candidate with exceptional leadership skills who will coach and mentor staff to achieve their best in alignment with goal-based performance benchmarks.
• A candidate with proven strengths in Project Management and Budgets.
• A resourceful and innovative individual who is adept at solving complex problems and challenges that balance resources with municipal needs.
