Description
The Coordinator, Winter City Strategy is responsible for the monitoring, coordination and measuring results and reporting on the degree of impact of the projects, policies and actions outlined in the Winter City Strategy.  The work generally requires the employee to exercise judgement, initiative and creativity.  The nature of the role requires the individual to have a strong ability to engage various staff throughout the organization and requires a significant degree of leadership and independence.  This position will provide coordination of efforts across a number of corporate divisions and will provide a corporate-level report to City Council on the progress and impacts of the projects, policies and actions within the Winter City Strategy.  The Winter City Strategy Coordinator’s responsibilities also includes direct involvement in policy development and the delivery of Winter City related projects and actions as outlined in the Winter City Action Plan. To view the full job description and apply, please visit https://jobs.regina.ca/. Requirements

Education & Experience

The knowledge for this position is obtained through completion of a University Degree in Planning, public administration, recreation or community development or a related field with five (5)years progressive related experience, with competency in community development, collaborative community initiatives, organizational development, and design and implementation of public consultation processes. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience would be considered.
