The ideal candidate for this role will have a thorough understanding of a number of different engineering disciplines as well as an Undergraduate Degree specializing in Engineering (preferably civil), supplemented with a Professional Engineering Designation; A minimum of 6 years work experience in the field of municipal engineering; Experience with design-bid-build and design-build approaches to procurement and extensive experience in project management including contract procedures and policies.
