The Opportunity
As an Office Assistant III: Court Liaison, you will report to the Office Manager and the RCMP detachment. This position is responsible for assisting members with administrative duties relating to the entire court process and completing accurate data entry in PROS, CPIC, and JOIN.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Adding, deleting, and modifying CPIC, PROS, and JOIN entries.
- Ensure court packages are completed properly and forwarded using e-Criminal.
- Following through on the entire court process until disposition is received.
- Submit live scan prints.
- Enter dispositions on CJIM.
- Prepare subpoenas for traffic and federal crown.
- Track and submit fine/bail money to the court house.
- Liaise with courthouse and crowns office.
- Request driving records.
- Dealing with time sensitive documents in a timely manner.
Education, qualifications, and work experience
- Certificate or diploma in office management preferred or completion of Grade 12 and a combination of work experience.
- Must be able to maintain a RCMP Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
- Experience working in an RCMP Detachment.
- Experience using PROS, CPIC, and JOIN.
- A minimum of three (3) years of responsible office administration experience.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of law enforcement databases, including CPIC, PROS, CJIM, and JOIN.
- Ability to prioritize and respond to an ever-changing environment.
- Successful completion of CPIC maintenance.
- Successful completion of PROS IM course.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a stressful environment under minimal supervision.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with coworkers, members, and supervisors.
$28.09-34.55 (hourly)
