This position is employed seasonally, April through October. Weekly schedule will vary each week up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Evenings, weekends and all holidays are scheduled and are a requirement for this position.
Reporting to the Marina Supervisor, the Junior Lead Hand is responsible for assisting the Marina Supervisor with the overall day-to-day operations of the facility. The Junior Lead Hand will welcome visitors and the general public in a friendly and courteous manner and to provide tourist information when requested. Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment is essential.
