Course Overview

EXASB 6103: Change Management blends foundational organizational change theory with intensive, practical application designed specifically for local government leaders. Municipalities continuously face shifting community priorities, technological shifts, and evolving regulatory environments; this course provides leaders with the tools and resources required to champion initiatives, support resilient teams, and guide municipal systems through transition.

A core feature of this curriculum is experiential learning: participants are first equipped with strategic change frameworks and are then challenged to apply them directly using a hands-on, interactive Change Management simulation tool.

Format: Online – Synchronous (Instructor-led)

  • 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST

Tuition Fee: $1,250.00 CAD (+ GST)
