Course Overview

EXASB 6101: Leading and Managing in Municipalities serves as the foundational core course for the Executive Certificate in Municipal Leadership (ECML). This course is specifically engineered to help public administration professionals transition from day-to-day tactical task management to high-impact, people-centered strategic leadership.

The curriculum focuses on developing emotional intelligence (EQ), strengthening adaptability, and mastering strategic thinking framework processes necessary to lead teams, manage change, and balance stakeholder expectations within complex local government environments.

Format: Online – Synchronous (Instructor-led)

  • 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST

Tuition Fee: $1,250.00 CAD (+ GST)
