WEBINAR OVERVIEW:

This interactive webinar is designed to empower Fire and Emergency Services to take their social media presence to the next level. We will review current trends and best practices on key platforms like; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

The workshop will focus on understanding techniques that create and enhance community engagement, raise awareness, and drive desired actions across communities and platforms. We will discuss best (and worst) practices for each platform and share productivity resources like Canva and AI (artificial intelligence) tools.

Participants will leave with checklists and resources to help create a social media strategy and posting techniques that will enable their department to be recognized in their community. These checklists will help participants to implement the key takeaways.
