Description
The AORS Public Works Leadership Development Program (PWLDP) was developed to help public works managers and supervisors develop and improve the skills they need to be top leaders for their municipalities.  It is also an effective tool for municipalities who want to implement a workforce planning strategy to develop future leaders in preparation for the upcoming demographic shift.  The eight modules of the PWLDP are pre-requisites for the Certified Road Supervisor (CRS) accreditation.

The first three modules (Local Government, Customer Service, and Leadership & Supervision) are being offered in-person, March 5, 6, 7, 2024 in London.  These 3 modules qualify for the CRS level designation.  Modules may be taken individually or in blocks; a Certification of Completion is awarded once all 8 modules are successfully completed.
