To address the increased pressures of public demands and expectations, city council and administration recognized the need to maximize employee capacity and enhance the skills of its’ workforce. Following considerable research, Corner Brook’s preferred choice was to partner with AccessE11, a CRM software company that provides advanced technology in customer complaints and issues management.
Please join Jessica Smith, Acting City Clerk, to hear firsthand how implementation of AccessE11 in 2019, began initially within the Public Works and Wastewater Divisions and has since been rolled-out to other departments with a growing number of users. She will also talk about how AccessE11 has resulted in greater efficiencies for the city, has streamlined processes saving time and money and how data-driven reports are now presented monthly to Council.
