In 1983 John graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology and on June 27th 2002, was sworn in as an Ontario Land Surveyor, Ontario Land Information Professional. John is the driving force in the establishment of “The Ontario Municipal Partnership” which comprises of Ontario municipalities who collaborate in the development of Asset Management Solutions.
