PSHSA’s Health and Safety for Building Inspectors training program is aimed at keeping Building Inspectors safe on the job. This training covers the legislation and hazards associated with the job, including trenching, falls, asbestos, mould, confined space and driving. By the end of the course, participants will be able to recognize hazards and establish various types of controls to ensure their safety. This training will provide building officials, home inspectors, site supervisors and industry tradespeople with the skills and knowledge related to health and safety as well as consideration to applicable job-related hazards.
