The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, Facilities Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5-7 (five to seven) years of experience of Fleet and Facilities Maintenance and Operations.
- Proven experience leading teams; providing coaching, guidance, and conducting performance management activities.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Computer experience with Word, Excel, Fleet and/or Facility asset management or maintenance management.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License. Upon hire, a satisfactory current Driver’s Abstract must be provided.
The total rewards package for this position includes:
A starting annual salary of $109,500 to $136,900 based on a 35-hour work week and option to join the Earned Day Off Program.
