As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patrons by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and assisting with minor maintenance tasks. Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must have flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and irregular hours.
- Working knowledge of custodial techniques, cleaning equipment, and cleaning supplies.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of general maintenance principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and the public.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Reliability and dependability in upholding safety protocols.
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent high school diploma.
- Minimum of three (3) months of relevant experience in aquatic, dryland, and ice recreation facility operations.
- Demonstrated working knowledge and ability to use power and hand tools and equipment.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Class 5 Driver's License, with an acceptable driving record.
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certificates are required.
- An equivalent combination of Management approved training and experience may be considered.
Additional Requirements:
This position has been identified as Safety Sensitive and requires the completion of a satisfactory pre-employment drug screen.
