AORS normally holds its Annual General Members Meeting in conjunction with the Good Roads (OGRA) Conference. At this meeting, in addition to business matters requiring member approval, the Board and Management present highlights of the audited financial statements, key accomplishments from the previous fiscal year, and a summary of the plans for the coming year. Various awards and honours are presented, including Long Service Awards, PWLDP Graduates, the winner of the Marvin D. Halladay Memorial Award, and the AORS Volunteer of the Year. And lastly, the new slate of Corporate Directors is inducted.
