LEAN SIX SIGMA - WHITE BELT CERTIFICAITON
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
This Lean Six Sigma White Belt training program is specifically developed for all levels of government and public sector organizations to create an awareness of the means of deploying a LEAN Six Sigma initiative as a “Business Process Improvement” program and the overall impact that it can have on your organization.
Program Objectives:
- Introduce the principles and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma.
- Provide an understanding of Lean Six Sigma techniques as business process improvements.
- Assist in assessing the overall impact that LEAN Six Sigma can have on your organization.
- Provide an understanding of key roles to achieve the greatest level of success.
We also share some examples of how LEAN Six Sigma has re-energized governments and some practical examples of its application and succeses.
LEAN Six Sigma focuses on the customer to yield better, faster services by identifying and eliminating waste and defects in processes. Lean organizations save time, and costs and are more efficient in the delivery of services.
