WEBINAR OVERVIEW:

This interactive webinar is designed to empower firefighters and emergency serices to improve communications within their community using a variety of social media apps. We will review current trends and best practices for Ontario firefighters on key platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

The workshop will focus on understanding techniques that create engagement, raise awareness, and drive desired actions across communities and platforms. We will discuss best (and worst) practices for each platform and share productivity resources like Canva and AI tools.

Participants will leave with checklists and resources to help create a social media strategy and posting techniques that will enable their firefighting department to be recognized in their community. These checklists will help you implement the key takeaways from our time together.
